Interview with IPAM's executive director.
Daniel Sá, who heads the Portuguese Institute of Marketing Administration, said in an interview with Dinheiro Vivo that the value of the PRR for universities is being applied to short-term operational issues. IPAM has more than three thousand students, 25% of whom are in online programs.
